Patch 6 is on the ticket:275.
Minor changes, code cleanups for portability and indexors, various tweaking
make -testify work in conjunction with -back-end so can automate test runs - adds/chgs to tests.

Patch 7 is on ticket:275.
Its a biggie but quite a lot has been done.
Most of it is new (java +support) files and java specific versions of tests.
Theres a changelist for the patch on the ticket.
Its getting there - only 3 failures on Tests/100-basics using java BE now.
Addressing that will be the next patch
