Windows 8 Install Problem

Hi there,
I'm running Windows 8 Enterprise 64-bit, .NET 4
I have installed the Windows 8 SDK
but Iwhen I run the installer from an admin cli I still get the "gacutil cannot be found" error
Any help is solving this would be appreciated.
