There is a Trac instance at http://cobra-language.com/trac/cobra/

Please try logging in using your forums account name and password after which you should be able to edit pages such as the SandBox and submit tickets.

If you have problems or feedback, let me know in this forum thread.

For people unfamiliar with Trac, it gives us a wiki, ticketing system, web-based subversion browsing, timeline to show activity, and more. Now that it's open to the public, it gives people a way to contribute docs/notes and submit tickets for issues such as bugs and feature gaps.

I just tested that file upload works.

I don't have the new Pygments syntax highlighter hooked up, but will definitely look at this week or next weekend.
