What, if anything, are people using for server-side web application development?

With Cobra or in general?

With Cobra specifically.

I was working on a Cobra-based server that hooked into a port of a Handlebars templating language (ie it was semantically equivalent for my tests) -- and had a version working that I wanted to start using on a website for a friend, but both he and I have since become too busy. So not technically in use, but was Cobra based.
