Below is my error , please help . Also I don't want to install Visual Studio as it is quite a large file to download . I have installed all the .Net frameworks and SDK (even the core ones)

Try "dir gacutil.exe /S" when on C: and D: to see if you can find it yourself.

Try launching the .NET SDK command prompt, or finding a .bat file in it that sets up PATH to point to gacutil.exe
