Cobra IRC Channel on Freenode

I added the ##cobra IRC channel on freenode. There is a #cobra channel but there was no topic or anything so I was not sure if it was referring to this Cobra. If it is then whoever is in charge of it let me know so we can link the two. I think the IRC channel can be a good way to increase the user base.

You'll see from this post that we noticed that other channel before. It seems to be unrelated. What do you think of making a channel called something like cobra-language or cobra-lang? (Or underscore if dashes are not allowed; I haven't been on IRC for awhile.)

Cool. I was thinking about using cobra-lang/language as you suggested but didn't want to have something with dashes since none of the major languages currently on IRC do this. I can create those and have them all forward to ##cobra since channels with ## are official IRC about channels (this will be important as Cobra increases in popularity :))

If didn't know ##foo was the designation for official channels. Feel free to proceed if you haven't already.

We had a good discussion on IRC tonight.

We could use a bot to log the conversations. So I'm looking for a volunteer for that. We could use a canned bot or write one in Cobra.

And webnov8 is working on the irc bot for logging and such.
