I recommend you use the more recent release, Cobra 2009-06-09. I recently updated the
Downloads page to reflect this and give proper listing to other Cobra 2009-MM-DD releases, but that may have been done after you downloaded.
I also updated the
CommandLine wiki page to begin with quick examples including compilation. But let us know if you are still having problems.
When you say "Cobra 3D" I suspect that you may be thinking about the other Cobra language that focuses on games. See:

Other CobrasOur Cobra here runs on Microsoft .NET and Novell Mono (and someday JVM) and consequently, you should be able to use it with game kits for this platform such as Tao and XNA. Search these forums for "Tao", "OpenGL" and "XNA" as these things have been discussed before.
