I have committed a new XNA How To written by kurper and polished off by me. You can get it from the latest source and check under the How-To directory.

How would you make it not try and be compiled as part of the test suite if the XNA libs arent on your system ?

I added a .skip. to it. The features used in the program are already tested elsewhere.
