New Release

I still have some last minute prep for the SoCal Piggies presentation so I'll make a more formal announcement later.
Please give the new release a whirl and let me know if you have any problems. Everything you need is at http://cobra-language.com/
This is probably the last release that I'll push out directly (other than one-bug emergency fixes). Future releases will have a preview period.
