[doc] Adding cobra support for gtkeditors

I followed wiki on ide and script editor's for cobra.
especially,

As i lost time in this steps, I simply wanted to let you know that on fedora 15, i needed to install it in
/usr/share/gtksourceview-3.0/language-specs
Hopefully, there is only a little change, about the version number.
But this is very frustrating because i initially do have both folders... gtksourceview-2.0 and gtksourceview-3.0
I don't know why it is different on fedora 15, maybe you could update the doc about that.
I can now get to work !
