Cobra on Freenode

I see there is a #cobra channel on the Freenode IRC network. Right now, as I write this, it is basically empty. The only other member is an entity (person? bot?) named "Cobra." Is this channel intended to be a channel for the Cobra programming language? There is no topic set so it's hard to say what it's about. I tried asking on the channel, but so far I've gotten no response.

I didn't set up that channel and don't visit it. There is also a Java library or tool called Cobra. There are also other cobras.
