Cobra Notepad

There is a new Notepad sample recently checked in courtesy of Todd A. and myself. It uses Windows Presentation Foundation and is more extensive than the How To on the same subject.

If you have minor enhancements for it, they are certainly welcome. If you have more extensive enhancements that would make it too large for an instructive sample, then I suggest uploading it somewhere like Google Code or Bitbucket as an open source project.
