Can't install on MS Win 7

I can't install on MS Win 7, this is the problem:

The error message pretty much covers it. Given that your prompt says "C:\Cobra\Source", the error appears to be correct.

Try this:

1. Rename the Cobra directory to Workspace
2. Create a new Cobra directory in C:\
3. Move the Workspace directory into C:\Cobra
4. cd \Cobra\Workspace\Source
5. bin\install-from-workspace

Let us know how it goes. Also if you have suggestions for improving the wording of the error message, feel free.
