Added Editra editor support in Wiki

I added a page for Editra (http://www.editra.org/) support for Cobra to the wiki. It's not all the way there yet, but it is sufficient to use. When I get it completely done, I'll submit it to the Editra project.

I find it fitting that Editra will have support for Cobra since both projects are sub version 1.0.
