New snapshot for Cobra compiler developers

For those of you that hack on the Cobra compiler itself, I have pushed down a new Cobra\Source\Snapshot\cobra.exe which puts the latest Cobra at your disposal. There are .clone methods for collections and multiple bug fixes. Also, the false warnings are gone.
