New server

Well it may be hard to tell as everything looks the same, but we have a new server with all fresh installs, security updates and more RAM.

I kicked it off, but Todd A did most of the hard work. Thanks!

We tested extensively including forums, trac, subversion, apache, mail and cobrabot, but let us know if you find any problems.
