New Snapshot Compiler

For those of you that hack on the compiler, I have copied the current compiler down into Snapshot/. That's where the compiler's compiler lives. (As Cobra is self-hosted, there has to be a compiler to compile it.)

So recent enhancements can now be used when working on Cobra itself.
