I wrote a new version and put under Samples. You can check it out in the workspace or read it at http://cobra-language.com/trac/cobra/browser/cobra/trunk/Samples/TPK.cobra.

There is a hefty doc string and three versions of the main routine which I think is useful for this sample. For presentation purposes, you could always trim it down for your purposes.
