No more spam!

For awhile I've wanted to configure the forums so that the first post of a new user is moderated, e.g. held in a queue until approval. This would stop spam.

natter did some research and found out how it could be done. After an upgrade I was able to configure this so we shouldn't see any more spam.

And it worked! Actually I was surprised to see a spam message this morning, but that was because I'm a moderator. So only I saw it. After placing my bulk order for Viagra and sending my banking information to Nigeria, I then disapproved it. Of course, in the future I'll also see legit messages from new users. After the first approval they will then be able to post directly with no moderation.
