Hi guys, well im new to cobra and i was wondering how to use the compiler i downloaded Cobra-0.8.0 and put it in my c drive, but im not sure how to compile.
Please help.
P.S
i have heard stuff about cobra 3D does this compiler compile that as well?

I recommend you use the more recent release, Cobra 2009-06-09. I recently updated the Downloads page to reflect this and give proper listing to other Cobra 2009-MM-DD releases, but that may have been done after you downloaded.
I also updated the CommandLine wiki page to begin with quick examples including compilation. But let us know if you are still having problems.
When you say "Cobra 3D" I suspect that you may be thinking about the other Cobra language that focuses on games. See:

Our Cobra here runs on Microsoft .NET and Novell Mono (and someday JVM) and consequently, you should be able to use it with game kits for this platform such as Tao and XNA. Search these forums for "Tao", "OpenGL" and "XNA" as these things have been discussed before.

Maybe we should put a Rules sticky at the top to the board that explains that new users' first posts are checked before they go through. That *might* help with the double first posts.
