Thanks. This is now checked into the repository. I tweaked it so that the use of `DllImport` implies `extern` such that you don't have to specify `extern` explicitly.

I stubbed out a DllImport wiki page.

Good news. While I can get the latest Cobra from SVN, is there a release coming soon that I should hold out for?

You should not hold out. I have a week long business trip in early Feb which is causing me to wait on the release, because I don't want to be 100% tied up right after a release.
