This is an application I was writing last year, which is at v0.082 and is has all the functionality I need at the moment, so further development is low priority. It is about 4500 lines of Cobra and 2000 lines of C# and is a UML drawing tool which uses Cairo/Mono.Cairo, Gtk/Mono Gtk#/Glade, and which I compile using Mono 2.6.7 on Linux. Others are using it on Windows - same binaries. The native Windows port is slated to be v0.2, but as I said it does everything I need so far.
