No worries.

I tried building the latest on win7 64-bit, and everything looks good. However, I believe the first line of "build-compiler-lib.bat" should start with "bin\build" instead of "build", since the script has to be run from the parent directory (otherwise build.bat fails to find Snapshot\cobra.exe).
