Problem referencing assemblies outside GAC

I have improved Cobra in changeset:2685 to include a specific error message when a library/assembly cannot be loaded. Although I had trouble creating an isolated test case that perfectly mimicked your problem.

If you could help test that would be useful. Please update Cobra, remove the reference that was missing and compile again. Report the results here. This time around we're looking for a more accurate error message.
