Well, it is a throwback to have a few different versions of Cobra on my box. This is what my Cobra directory looks like:

This is the current format when installing from a subversion workspace:
C:\Cobra\Cobra-svn-2683
C:\Cobra\Cobra-svn-2662

This is not any past installation formatted name. I'm guessing this is an SVN workspace from TortoiseSVN:
C:\Cobra\CobraSVN

This was a bug where the .NET runtime version was embedded. Previously fixed. You can remove this:
C:\Cobra\Cobra-2.0.50727-post

Looks great:
C:\Cobra\Cobra-0.9.0

These are old formats now replaced with Cobra-svn-XXXX. You can remove them:
C:\Cobra\Cobra-0.8.0-post-2009-06-09
C:\Cobra\Cobra-0.8.0-post

Windows XP Pro (SP3), running on .NET 2 but installed for .NET 4, installed from Cobra-0.9.0.zip

Installation successful, everything running sweetly so far.

Happily re-built my current program of interest, which does a range of simple .NET activities relating to some simple database queries and light string manipulation.

Thanks to everyone who tested. I feel that we can go with the release as is.

Also, by reading through the revision log, I have finished the release notes which turned out nicer than I expected:

I really liked doing them on the wiki and will continue with that.

Under the "Credits" section, I used your forum/wiki id which shows up in the checkin comments such as "credit:so-and-so" and "reported-by:so-and-so". "reported-by:" is for when a person put in the original report of a bug or suggestion. "credit:" is for those extra hard working souls who supplied patches.

If you would prefer to add your real name or use it in place of the id, feel free. Also feel free to make yourself a wiki page as I did.

You can also make any other edits you deem appropriate. That's what wikis are for.
