I updated to revision 2816. The installation was successful. Thanks! I haven't done any significant testing yet but probably it will be fine.

I'm sure Microsoft has their reasons for doing what they did. I can't say if they are good reasons or not.

I have cut Cobra 0.9.1 for Windows. Only change is support for installing on .NET 4.5. The Unix-family package which targets Mono doesn't need an update.
