Cobra 0.7.2 adds multiple integer types (int64, uint16, etc.), includes better setup instructions for Windows and fixes a handful of bugs including ones reported here in the forums.

The ReadMe.text on Windows now suggests where to put files and what to put in a cobra.bat. Here is the actual line I use for my cobra.bat on Windows:
