Description

Create an .msi installer for binary distribution of the Cobra open source compiler. See Cobra's own ReadMe.text for hints on how people are "installing" it currently.

Attached Cobra.wxs which can be used to create a fairly basic Windows Installer with the WiX toolset. This file be used as a baseline for creating msi files to create a binary distribution for Windows, but will need some revamping and a program or script to automate the process in order to make it painless.
