Missing CSS files for generated documentation

Description

Using the -doc or -highlight switches generates boring documentation because the generated html references missing CSS files. I would suggest embedding the CSS files in to the generated output or copying them to the gen-html/gen-docs directory.

Agreed. The CSS files should be copied into the directory with the generated HTML.
