-turbo should default disable -dst (?)

-turbo is a catchall for enabling/disabling other options to make a max-speed executable.
Theres a comment  here suggesting that it should also disable -detailed-stack-trace (though I think that is default off anyway so you would have to have it explicitly specified AND -turbo and make it go away
... )

(It may be preferable to correct -dst code gen so it doesnt cause code gen errors on 'structs')
