To get up and running, you can often take the Python config for your editor, duplicate it, rename it to "Cobra" and change the keyword set. The link above has a list of keywords. In the future, there will be a "-keywords" command line option for Cobra.

Heres the keywords list (as of Nov 2009) as configured for the Scintilla Editing component from  http://scintilla.org (keywords Set0)
